Before you convert a fixed asset to inventory and scrap or sell it, you must off-rent the linked business object if it is still on rent.

You can change the off-rent date and post a return note, or wait until the rental period ends. You can also enter the last on-rent date manually on the Business object page.

In the list, find and select the desired rental order. 3. On the Action Pane, click Manage. 4. Click Change date. 5. In the Off-rent date field, enter a date. 6. In the Contact field, enter or select a value. 7. Click OK and confirm. 8. Click OK. 9. If you get the question that you have selected a document without printing it, click OK.
