Go to Work order project planning > Planning > Service plan board. 2. In the list, find and select the desired task. 3. Click Assign. 4. In the list, find and select the desired resource or resource group. 5. Select the Select check box. 6. Click Create assignment. Note: When assignment is done, the task is shown on the timeline of the selected resource or resource group. Go to Work order project planning > Planning > Service plan board. 2. In the list, mark the selected row. 3. Click Assign. 4. Select No in the Capabilities field. 5. In the list, find and select the desired record. 6. Select the Select check box. 7. Click Create assignment. 8. Close the page.
