Create a manual service work order for repair, maintenance, breakdown, or value add activities.
To display the business object's work location in the work order and the mobile app, select a work location code. By default, the delivery address is used if no specific location is defined.
| 1. | Go to Work order project planning > Work orders > All work orders. |
| 2. | Click New. |
| 3. | In the Business object field, enter or select a value. |
| 4. | In the Work order template ID field, enter or select a value. |
| 5. | In the Warehouse field, enter or select a value. |

Note: It is defaulted to the service warehouse defined in the worker. |
| 6. | In the Start date field, enter a date. |

Note: The End date will be populated as the same date as the Start date by default. |
| 7. | In the Work location code field, enter or select a value. |
|   |
Note: Optional. After selecting the work location code, choose Yes for an offer to change location. |
| 8. | In the Internal note field, type a value. |
|   |
Note: Optional. The note will be displayed on the work order header. |
| 9. | In the Organization number field, enter or select a value. |
| 10. | In the Contact field, enter or select a value. |
| 11. | Click OK. |
