Create a manual service work order for repair, maintenance, breakdown, or value add activities.

To display the business object's work location in the work order and the mobile app, select a work location code. By default, the delivery address is used if no specific location is defined.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Work order project planning > Work orders > All work orders.
2. Click New.
3. In the Business object field, enter or select a value.
4. In the Work order template ID field, enter or select a value.
5. In the Warehouse field, enter or select a value.
 

Note: It is defaulted to the service warehouse defined in the worker.

6. In the Start date field, enter a date.
 

Note: The End date will be populated as the same date as the Start date by default.

7. In the Work location code field, enter or select a value.
 

Note: Optional. After selecting the work location code, choose Yes for an offer to change location.

8. In the Internal note field, type a value.
 

Note: Optional. The note will be displayed on the work order header.

9. In the Organization number field, enter or select a value.
10. In the Contact field, enter or select a value.
11. Click OK.
