You can add one or more default maintenance plans to product details. Any business object created from this product automatically inherits the maintenance plan.

These plans are visible on the business object record.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Product information management > Products > All products and product masters.
2.	In the list find and select the desired product.
3.	Expand the Service and maintenance section.
4.	Click Add.
5.	In the list, mark the selected row.
6.	In the Maintenance plan code field, enter or select a value.
7.	Click Save.
