The driver can create a new repair work order in the mobile app by selecting the New work order option.

The work order appears in the Work orders list and can be scheduled from the Service plan board.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Work order project planning > Work orders > All work orders.
2. Click New.
3. In the Work order name field, type a value.
4. In the Business object field, enter or select a value.
5. In the Work order template ID field, enter or select a value.
6. In the Start date field, enter a date.
7. In the End date field, enter a date.
8. Click OK.
