Create hour journals to register the actual hours of the resources that will be responsible for the job. You must specify from what times the resource will spend on the job. However, the cost/sales prices for the hours must be configured beforehand.

| 1. | Go to Work order project planning > Work orders > All work orders. |
| 2. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
| 3. | Click Journals. |

| 5. | Click New. |
| 6. | Click Lines. |
| 7. | Click New. |
| 8. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 9. | In the Worker field, enter or select a value. |
| 10. | In the Start time field, enter a time. |
| 11. | In the End time field, enter a time. |
| 12. | Click Save. |
| 13. | Close the page. |
