The requested start/end date and time on the work order template will automatically populate depending on the synchronization mode setup on the attached work order template. If this synchronization mode is not setup on the work order template, the date and time will be blank, meaning this task will not appear on the plan board to be scheduled on a resource. In this case if there is no synchronization mode setup on the work order template, manually enter the requested start/end date and time on the work order for each task line.
| 1. | Go to Work order project planning > Work orders > All work orders. |
| 2. | In the list, click the link for the selected work order. |
| 3. | Click Edit. |
| 4. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 5. | In the Requested start date/time field, enter a date and time. |
| 6. | In the Requested end date/time field, enter a date and time. |
| 7. | Click Save. |
