You can view the attachments of a task.

In D365 FO, you can add attachments to a work order line. These attachments are shown on the DynaRent Mobile app. Note: Only attachments of type URL are supported by the DynaRent Mobile app.


Standard procedure

1. On the Task details page, tap 'Attachments'.

Note: At the right/top of the ´Attachments´ icon, an indicator shows the number of attachments.

2. To make sure all existing task attachments are shown, in the action bar, tap the 'refresh' icon:

3. To open an attachment, on the Attachments page, tap the desired attachment entry.
