A work breakdown structure (WBS) is a hierarchy of tasks that defines the work required for a project. It includes each task’s scope, cost, and duration.
| 1. | Go to Project management and accounting > Projects > All projects. |
| 2. | Open Project type column filter. |
| 3. | Enter a filter value of "fixed" on the "Project type" field using the "is exactly" filter operator. |
| 4. | In the list, find and select the desired record. |
| 5. | Click Work breakdown structure. |
| 6. | Click New. |
| 7. | In the Task name field, type a value. |
| 8. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 9. | In the Task end date field, enter a date. |
| 10. | Click Save. |
| 11. | In the View field, select an option. |
| 12. | Click New. |
| 13. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 14. | In the Transaction type field, select an option. |
| 15. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 16. | In the Project category field, enter or select a value. |
| 17. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 18. | In the Quantity field, enter a number. |
| 19. | In the Unit cost price field, enter a number. |
| 20. | In the list, mark the selected row. |
| 21. | Click Save. |
| 22. | Click Publish. |
| 23. | Close the page. |
