After confirming the project rental quotation, transfer it to an actual project. Then, run the wizard to create the rental order.

Note: If several project rental quotations link to the same project ID, the wizard adds all lines to a single rental order.

This activity applies to existing projects with no transfer to forecast but with a transfer to item requirements and rental order.

Standard procedure

1.	Go to Rental order management > Project rental quotations > Project rental quotations.
2.	In the list, find and select the desired project rental quotation.
3.	On the Action Pane, click Follow up.
4.	Click Transfer to project.
5.	Click Next.
6.	Click Next.
	Note: The "existing project" must be chosen.
7.	Click Next.
	Note: The project ID field must contain the desired project number.
8.	Click Next.
	Note: "Transfer to project forecast" must be on NO.
9.	Select Yes in the Transfer to item requirement/rental order field.
10.	Click Next.
11.	Click Finish.
