If the customer does not accept the project rental quotation, you can mark it as lost.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Rental order management > Project rental quotations > Project rental quotations.
2. In the list find and selected the desired project rental quotation.
3. On the Action Pane, click Follow up.
4. Click Lost quotation.
5. In the Reason lost or canceled field, enter or select a value.
6. Click OK.
