Scanning and validating of the dock location can be required. If so, a screen is shown where you can scan or enter the dock location. You can scan or enter any dock location in the warehouse.

Dock location scanning and validation is required when the Scan outbound location parameter is set to Yes (Anywhere app parameters, Rental tab, Picking section).
