If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset.


Standard procedure

1. On the Rental Customer Portal sign in page, click 'Forgot your password?'.
2. Enter the email address of your user account.
3. Click 'Send'.
4. You receive an email that you can use to reset your password.
  In the received email, click 'Reset password'.

5. On the Rental Customer Portal, on the 'Reset password' page, enter and confirm your new password.
6. Click 'Reset'.
7. Click 'Sign in' and sign in to the Customer Portal.
