If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset.
| 1. | On the Rental Customer Portal sign in page, click 'Forgot your password?'. | 
| 2. | Enter the email address of your user account. | 
| 3. | Click 'Send'. | 
| 4. | You receive an email that you can use to reset your password. | 
|   | In the received email, click 'Reset password'. |

| 5. | On the Rental Customer Portal, on the 'Reset password' page, enter and confirm your new password. | 
| 6. | Click 'Reset'. | 
| 7. | Click 'Sign in' and sign in to the Customer Portal. |
