What’s new
New or changed features in Release 10.0.47.55 (March 2026) – RapidValue.
Test Run Reset Clears All Test Case Fields
Feature Overview
The test run reset activity in Business Process Testing now clears the Test Conclusion field in addition to the Status and Tested By fields. Previously, when you reset a test run, the Test Conclusion column retained its previous value, causing inconsistencies when retesting. The reset activity now returns all test case fields to their default state, ensuring a clean starting point for each new test cycle.
Key Benefits
Complete field reset: The reset activity clears Status, Tested By, and Test Conclusion in a single operation, removing residual data from previous test cycles.
Consistent retesting: You can start a new test run without manually clearing leftover conclusion values.
Reduced confusion: Testers no longer encounter stale conclusion data that could be mistaken for current results.
This feature was added as a result of change request CS00238006.
Find and Replace Displays Subprocess Flow Details
Feature Overview
The Find and Replace functionality in Flows now displays subprocess flow information directly in the results table. Previously, when searching for a process linked as a subprocess elsewhere, the flow details were not visible in the results. You had to open each record individually to verify where the process was used. The results table now includes the flow context for subprocesses, so you can identify linked processes without leaving the search view.
Key Benefits
Visible flow context: The search results now show which flow a subprocess belongs to, eliminating the need to open individual records.
Faster impact analysis: You can quickly identify all locations where a process is linked as a subprocess before making changes.
Improved usability: The additional column reduces the number of clicks required to assess subprocess usage across your solution.
This feature was added as a result of change request CS00237994.
Upgrade Script for Azure Blob Storage Migration
Feature Overview
An upgrade script is now available to migrate image storage references from local file storage to Azure Blob Storage. The script updates existing image addresses across the system to point to the new Azure Blob Storage location, ensuring a seamless transition for environments moving to cloud-based image storage. After running the script, all previously stored images are accessible through Azure Blob Storage without requiring manual updates to individual records.
Key Benefits
Automated migration: The upgrade script updates all image storage addresses in a single operation, removing the need for manual record-by-record changes.
Cloud-ready storage: Environments transitioning to Azure Blob Storage can complete the migration without disrupting existing image references.
Data integrity: The script preserves all image associations during the address update, ensuring no image links are broken after migration.
Bug fixes
Bug fixes in Release 10.0.47.55 (March 2026) – RapidValue.
Bug Number | Title | Description |
|---|---|---|
229301 (CS00238007) | Report defect requirement numbers not sequential | When creating several defects using the Report Defect function during a test run, the requirement numbers did not follow a sequential order. This caused confusion because gaps appeared in the numbering even when no defects were deleted and only one user was testing. The system now generates requirement numbers in a consistent sequence. |
229423 (CS00238158) | Duplicate scenario name created in Test Suite | In the Design Test Suite, deselecting and reselecting a scenario activity (for example, to reorder activities) appended a duplicate scenario name each time. Repeating this action resulted in the same name appearing several times. The system now retains only a single instance of the scenario name regardless of how many times it is toggled. |
237581 (CS00239414) | Tab reverts to Details when selecting another process | In Business Process Modeling, when switching between processes in the hierarchy (for example, from one subprocess to another), the selected tab reverted from Activities back to Details. This required you to reselect the Activities tab each time you navigated between processes. The system now preserves the active tab when switching processes. |
