You can review and allocate the work breakdown structure budget by activity.

Project manager Project manager Start Start Allocate budget Allocate budget You can allocate the budget across the project timeline. Procedure 1. Go to Project management and accounting > Projects > All projects. 2. In the list, find and select the desired record. 3. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 4. Click Advanced WBS. 5. Click the Budget allocation tab. 6. Click Allocate budget. Add next period to activity Add next period to activity You can add a next period to the activity. Procedure 1. Go to Project management and accounting > Projects > All projects. 2. In the list, find and select the desired record. 3. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 4. Click Advanced WBS. 5. Click the Budget allocation tab. 6. Click Add next period. 7. Click Refresh. Distribute budget over remaining periods Distribute budget over remaining periods You can distribute the budget over the remaining periods. Procedure 1. Go to Project management and accounting > Projects > All projects. 2. In the list, find and select the desired record. 3. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 4. Click Advanced WBS. 5.
