Life Sciences Supply Chain Management provides an inquiry that displays all the security roles assignment modifications in the Security roles assignment log form (System administration > Inquiries > Security > Security roles assignment log).
The form displays the following information:
User ID: User whose role was modified.
Security role: Role added or removed from the user.
Type of change: “Insert” if the role was added, “Delete” if the role was removed.
Created date and time: Date and time of the role assignment modification.
Created by: User who modified the role.
All the fields in the form can be filtered.
Users can print a report with the same information, eventually with filters, by clicking the Security roles assignment log button in the Security roles assignment log form (System administration > Inquiries > Security > Security roles assignment log).
Users can also clean up the log, eventually with filters, by clicking the Clean up log button in the Security roles assignment log form or via the Security roles assignment log clean up (System administration > Periodic tasks > Security > Security roles assignment log clean up).
