The production picking list report is used to print a list of materials to be picked and consumed for a batch order/production order (Production control > Inquiries and reports > Production > Picking list report). It can also be printed for posted journals to record the consumption of the ingredients and provide traceability.
Life Sciences Supply Chain Management enhances the existing report to enable the printing of sensitive information about the consumed material within a batch order/production order. Whenever printing the report, the following parameters can be enabled:
Print transaction date: if enabled, the Date available in the picking list journal lines is printed in the lines of the picking list report.
Print batch disposition code: if enabled, the Batch disposition code of the consumed material (that is, batch or sub-batch selected in the picking list journal lines) is printed in the lines of the picking list report.
Print use code: if enabled, the Use code of the consumed material (that is, batch or sub-batch selected in the picking list journal lines) is printed in the lines of the picking list report.
Print shelf advice date: if enabled, the Shelf advice date of the consumed material (that is, batch or sub-batch selected in the picking list journal lines) is printed in the lines of the picking list report.
Print expiration date: if enabled, the Expiration date of the consumed material (that is, batch or sub-batch selected in the picking list journal lines) is printed in the lines of the picking list report.
Print barcode: if enabled, the components’ barcode will be printed based on the following logic:
If the item has no active tracking dimension (that is, neither the Batch number nor the Sub Batch dimensions are active in the tracking dimension group), the system prints the barcode corresponding to the Item number included in the production picking list journal line.
If the item is batch managed (that is, only the Batch number dimension is active in the tracking dimension group) and the Batch number is available in the picking list journal line, the system prints the barcode corresponding to the Batch number included in the production picking list journal line.
If the item is sub-batch managed (that is, both the Batch number and Sub batch dimensions are active in the tracking dimension group) and the Sub batch number is available in the picking list journal line, the system prints the barcode corresponding to the Sub batch included in the production picking list journal line.
Print operation: if enabled, the Oper. No. and Operation name assigned to the picking list journal are printed in the header of the picking list report.
Print resource: if enabled, the Resource assigned to the picking list journal is printed in the header of the picking list report.
Print over-consumed: if enabled, the Over-consumed field of the picking list journal lines is printed in the picking list report.
Print reason code: if enabled, the Reason code field of the picking list journal lines is printed in the picking list report.
If the Batch number and/or the Sub batch parameters are enabled in the Picking list report dialog, the batch number and/or sub-batch number are printed as columns in the picking list journal report lines.
If the picking list journal is not posted, the current material information is printed in the report. Once the picking list journal is posted, the information is locked, that is, the report displays the information related to the material at the time the journal has been posted.
