In Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance, you can control creating multiple quality orders for the same batch number when automatic batch disposition code updates were enabled, to avoid conflicting updates from different quality order results. use the Block multiple quality order parameter in the Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance parameters form (Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance > Setup > Life Sciences Quality Control & Assurance parameters > Quality management tab) to control this behavior.
If the parameter is enabled, the system enforces STAEDEAN Life Sciences control, preventing multiple quality orders for the same batch when Update batch disposition setting is on. If disabled, D365 F&SCM behavior applies, allowing multiple quality orders per batch even if Update batch disposition setting is enabled.
