Use the filters to find an order without an order number or a barcode. You can combine filters to narrow down your search.
For example, a rental order is returned, and you know the customer, you can apply the Customer filter. All rental order lines for the selected customer are shown if you click “F9: List”.
You can make your search results more specific with the “Find item” or “Select work location” filters. For example, use the “Select customer” and “Find item” filters to view rental order lines for a specific customer and item. To view the search results, click “F9: List”.

Which option is applicable, depends on the order type:
Rental orders: Select customer gets all rental order lines for a specific customer.
Transfer orders: Search warehouse gets all transfer orders coming from the selected warehouse.
