What’s new

New or changed features in Release 10.0.47.59 (April 2026) - Rental Logistics Scanning.

1. Change request 231972: A4M login with Multiple Users and Same Session ID

A security issue in the Anywhere for Mobility studio web application allowed users to inadvertently take over an active session belonging to another user by opening a shared URL that contained an embedded session ID. This could result in transactions being processed under the wrong user account, unexpected session terminations, and data integrity risks.

Key Functionalities

A session ownership check has been introduced at login time: when a user attempts to log in via a URL whose session ID is already in use by another user, the system blocks the login and displays a clear message indicating which user owns the session, along with guidance to start a new session. Users who do not have their own session URL can navigate to the base portal URL (up to /Portal), where the system will generate a fresh session and allow them to log in normally.

Bug fixes

Bug fixes in Release 10.0.47.59 (April 2026) - Rental Logistics Scanning.

Title

Description

229255

BO Location: Pick location is blank for serialized object when "Scan location" parameter is off for picking process

During the RLS picking process, when the "Scan location" parameter was turned off, the pick location field appeared blank for serialized objects instead of displaying the location from the business object. This has been fixed so the pick location is now correctly populated with the location ID from the scanned or selected business object, even when "Scan location" is disabled.

229273

Auto-return of SET in RLS is not working in case of using SN components with 1 to many relation between rental type and product

When a set item's serial-number components had a one-to-many relation between rental type and product (i.e., the item on the Rental Order differed from the item on the Business Object), the auto-return function in RLS Mass Return did not trigger, and only the scanned SN component was added to the staging table. This has been resolved so the auto-return screen now correctly appears and includes all bulk/SN components and the set item when processing such configurations.

230028

BO Location: RLS Rental transfer journal process, picking one item is automatically picking all other items and posting the journal

In the RLS Rental Transfer Journal process, picking a single item automatically picked all other line items on the journal and posted the entire journal, instead of allowing each line to be processed individually. This has been fixed so each journal line can now be picked and processed separately.

234858

In RLS, the Auto Return screen does not display its components when the user belongs to a different legal entity

When a user from a different legal entity (e.g., USMF) performed a Rental Return in RLS for a set item created in another legal entity (e.g., DEMF), the Auto Return screen appeared but did not show any warehouse, rental order, or component information, forcing users to scan each item separately. This has been resolved so the Auto Return screen now properly displays set components and related information in cross-legal-entity return scenarios.

234980

Auto-picking of SET in RLS is not working in case of using SN components with 1 to many relations between rental type and product

When a set item contained a serial-number component with a one-to-many relation between rental type and product, the auto-picking screen did not appear in RLS during the picking process, preventing automatic picking of that component. This has been fixed so auto-picking now correctly handles serial-number components that have a one-to-many relation between rental type and product.

235350

Unattached items in a SET open Automatic screen during Mass Return

During Mass Return in RLS, scanning an unattached serialized-location item that had no assembly attachments incorrectly triggered the Automatic Return screen, disrupting the workflow. This has been resolved so the Automatic Return screen is no longer triggered for items without assembly attachments.

235436

Business object category shows as pending

In the RLS Rental Return process, after scanning an item and clicking reset, the business object category was incorrectly displayed as "Pending" instead of the actual category (e.g., "Rental"). This has been fixed so the correct business object category is now shown during the rental return process.

235493

RLS Scanning the location with location separator is updating in the logs in location fields

When scanning a location in RLS using a location separator character (e.g., "/"), the system incorrectly stored the full combined scanned value (e.g., "11/L01") in the location field, resulting in invalid location data. This has been resolved by fixing the location scanning logic to properly parse and handle location separator characters.

235511

Cross LE Assembly Objects with Mass Return does not include all components

In a cross-legal-entity scenario, when processing a Mass Return for a set item with assembly components, only the bulk and main set items were updated and confirmed while the remaining serial components were not included in the return. This has been fixed so the Mass Return process now correctly includes all components of a set item in cross-legal-entity scenarios.

235565

Getting error while performing unpick process for cross LE – Picking list not found

When performing an unpick operation in RLS for a cross-legal-entity scenario, the system threw a "Picking list not found" error, preventing the user from reversing a previously picked item. This has been resolved by fixing the unpick process to correctly locate and reference the picking list in cross-legal-entity configurations.

235916

RLS: If counting group does not match the item scanned, system should throw an error

In the Rental Logistics Scanning counting journal, when an item belonging to a different counting group was scanned, the system accepted it without any validation instead of throwing an error. A validation check has been added so the system now displays an error message ("The item cannot be added since counting group doesn't match") when the scanned item's counting group does not match the journal's counting group.

237163

RLS Error on processing mass return staging items if one of the items is manually returned

When one item from a rental order was manually returned (e.g., via return note journal) before processing Mass Return in RLS, all remaining staging items errored during processing with an "actual return quantity 0.00" error, because the system did not account for items already returned outside of Mass Return. This has been fixed so that only the already-returned item is flagged, while the remaining items are processed successfully.

238608

RLS: Scan bulk item in Mass Return shows 0 qty

When scanning a bulk item in RLS Mass Return without running Fill Cache first, the system displayed 0 quantity instead of the correct delivered quantity, and the return was blocked by a "posting journal line has actual return quantity 0.00" error. This has been resolved so the correct quantity is now displayed and processed in Mass Return even when Fill Cache has not been run since the return journal was confirmed.
