Manage pricing on task

You can manage pricing for a service agreement on a business object.

You can define pricing at these levels:

• All

• Task group

• Task

In the pricing section, define the following:

• Price groups

• Line property (for example, chargeable or non-chargeable)

• Effective period for each price code

Steps

1. Go to Work order project planning > Business object service agreements > All business object service agreements.

2. In the list, find and select the desired business object service agreement.

3. Click Manage.

4. Click Details.

5. n the list, find and select the desired level of agreement relation.

6. In the list, find and select the desired level of task relation.

7. In the Price groups field, enter or select a value.

8. In the Line property field, enter or select a value.

9. In the Max calls field, enter a number.

10. Click Save.
