Note

In the flow diagram, clicking:

  • ‘Plan work order on Service Plan Board’ opens the related section in Service and maintenance > Plan and execute work order tasks.

  • ‘Execute work order tasks (D365 F&SCM)’ opens the related section in Service and maintenance > Plan and execute work order tasks.

  • ‘Execute work order tasks (Field Service app)’ is a placeholder and does not open another section.
