In the Rental Management for D365 Sales main process, when you qualify a lead, a contact is created. You can also directly create a contact in Rental Management for D365 Sales.

A D365 F&SCM contact that is related to a contact in Rental Management for D365 Sales: For more information, refer to the steps of this topic.
For contacts, a two-way synchronization is applied. If you edit a contact in:
Rental Management for D365 Sales, the changes are synchronized to the related contact in D365 F&SCM.
D365 F&SCM, the changes are synchronized to the related contact in Rental Management for D365 Sales.
Steps
Sign in to Rental Management for D365 Sales.
In the Site map, click Contacts.
Select the desired contact and on the command bar, click Edit.
You can edit the D365 F&SCM contact that is related to the selected contact in Rental Management for D365 Sales.
On the command bar, click Open.
In D365 F&SCM, edit the contact.
When you are done editing the contact, save the changes, and close the D365 F&SCM tab of your browser. As a result, you automatically return to the related contact page in Rental Management for D365 Sales.
