Create resources to schedule tasks on the Service or Transport plan board in STAEDEAN Rental Management.
You can select from five resource types: Human resource, Business object, Vendor, Work location, or Tool.
On the Resource category field, specify the type. Then complete the Relation account field:
For Business object: Enter the object number.
For Human resource: Enter the worker.
Set up the Resource type, Default return warehouse, and Region calendar for the resource.
Steps
Go to Work order project planning > Resources > Resources.
Click New.
In the Resource field, type a value.
In the Name field, type a value.
In the Resource category field, select an option.
In the Relation account field, enter or select a value.
In the Resource type field, enter or select a value.
In the Region calendar field, enter or select a value.
In the Default return warehouse field, enter or select a value.
Select Yes/No in the Auto generate hour journal field.
Click OK.
