A kit has these characteristics:
Prices are summed on the main kit item.
Postings are made on supplementary items. The main item has zero amount on the invoice.
A non-kit has these characteristics:
Prices are separate. A price can be defined on the main item.
Postings are made on both the supplementary items and main item if priced.
