Close the Collection task (Mobile app)

After completing the checklist tasks, the driver or collector closes the collection task. The return note document is generated automatically.

Steps

1. Complete the Collection task.

2. On the Task details page, tap 'Change status'.

   

3. On the Change status page, tap 'Complete'.

Notes

The Return note document should be generated from the Mobile app (customisation).
