Check the available on hand inventory per item before processing a return. After the return, availability will increase.

Steps

  1. Go to Inventory management > Inquiries and reports > On-hand list.

  2. Click Show or hide Filter pane.

  3. Apply a filter to view the on-hand inventory of item needed.
