Disposing of bulk business objects differs from disposing of serialized ones. You must use the bulk fixed asset proposal to dispose of child fixed assets.
This Rental Management feature creates a journal for each child asset with the correct amount until the full quantity is reached.
The child fixed assets are selected based on the first-in, first-out inventory logic.
Steps
Go to Business objects > Journals > Fixed assets to inventory.
Click New.
Click Lines.
Click Bulk fixed asset proposal to open the drop dialog.
In the Item number field, enter or select a value.
In the Site field, enter or select a value.
In the Warehouse field, enter or select a value.
In the Quantity field, enter a number.
Note
You can choose the complete number of bulk items available and they will assigned to a child fixed asset according to FIFO
Click Create.
Click Post.
Click OK.
Close the page.
