Assign resource to work order on Service plan board

Steps

1. Go to Work order project planning > Planning > Service plan board.

2. In the list, find and select the desired task.

3. Click Assign.

4. In the list, find and select the desired resource or resource group.

5. Select the Select check box.

6. Click Create assignment.

   Note

   When assignment is done, the task is shown on the timeline of the selected resource or resource group.
