Use the EDI Transportation tender journal to monitor the EDI transportation tender responses. The transportation tender responses that you receive with the 'Transportation tender response to EDI Transportation tender' (990) message are stored in this journal.
If you monitor EDI transportation tender responses, the statuses are important. For more information on these statuses, refer to EDI staging journal statuses.
Steps
Go to EDI > Common > EDI Transportation tender journal.
By default, only the EDI transportation tender responses with errors are shown.
To show all EDI transportation tender responses, clear the Show errors check box.
To view the details of an EDI transportation tender response, in the list, find and click the desired record.
In the General section, review the shipping carrier, carrier service, and reference information.
In the Detail section, review the confirmed rates, weight, miles, and confirmed pickup date and time.
If validation errors or warnings are given, review these in the Validation errors section.
