New or changed features in Release 10.0.46.27 (February 2026) – Data Entry Workflow.
1. Reapproval of previously approved fields
This release allows raising change requests for, or editing, fields that were already approved in earlier approval steps, enabling multi-level validation and correction before final approval.
A new configurable toggle, Allow reapproval of previously approved fields, is available on each approval step (Approvals tab → Details).
When this toggle is set to Yes for an approval step, users can raise a change request for a field that was already approved in a previous step.
When set to No, the existing behavior is retained and previously approved fields cannot be changed again.
