Data entry workflow security roles

On installation, Data Entry Workflow adds a set of security roles to the set of roles provided in D365 F&SCM. To these security roles, you can assign the users, who play a role in Data Entry Workflow.

  • Monitors the Data entry workflow setup.

  • Monitors and troubleshoots data entry workflows.

  • Monitors data entry workflow templates.

  • Monitors and manages workflow task delegations and reassignments.

  • Monitors the Data entry workflow management workspace.

Enter and approve data

The Data entry workflow user:

  • Enters data in the assigned workflow tasks.

  • Approves entered data in the assigned workflow tasks.

  • Views and delegates workflow task assignments.

  • Can view the Data entry workflow management workspace.
