When a data entry workflow template template includes address fields, the fields shown during data entry adapt automatically to the applicable country.
How it works
An address field is shown only on a data entry workflow task if these conditions are met:
It is configured in the data entry workflow template.
It is relevant to the standard address format of the currently applicable country.
If these conditions is not met, the address field is hidden.
Dynamic behavior
For address fields:
The visibility updates immediately whenever the country selection changes.
You only see the subset of configured address fields that are relevant to the currently applicable country.
Submission and data integrity
You can submit the data entry workflow task successfully, even when hidden fields are left empty. A hidden address field is treated as optional.
Audit logs capture only the fields that were visible and interacted with during data entry. This keeps the record clean of non-applicable address fields.
