Data entry

As a user with an assigned data entry task, you have an easy-to-understand, compact data entry form instead of standard master data forms. You can:

• Start a data entry workflow

• Receive notifications on assigned tasks.

• Complete a workflow task at once or in several iterations.

Approval

As a user with an assigned approval task, validate the fields as defined in the data entry workflow template approval step. You can:

• Approve the data

• Request for a change

• Delegate the approval to another user

• Reject the data

Fuzzy duplicate check

As a user who evaluates possible duplicates, you can:

• Approve that the newly entered data is not a duplicate.

• Delegate the possible duplicates evaluation task to another user.

• Reject the newly entered data because it is a duplicate.

Assignment delegation

As a user, you can delegate your workflow task assignments to another user.
