All EDI transactions are logged in EDI history management (BisEdiHistory table).
You can use the staging concept to validate data in an intermediate area before it is further processed.
To prevent the database from containing too much data, you can clean up the:
EDI history in recurring mode.
EDI staging journals in recurring mode or manually.
