If all errors and warnings of an EDI transportation tender response are solved, accepted, or canceled, you must approve the EDI transportation tender response. The response is again validated according to the applicable journal validation setup. If the applicable validation rules are met, the EDI transportation tender journal status is set to Approved. Approved EDI transportation tender responses are processed by the 'EDI Transportation tender to Transportation tender' message batch.
Steps
Go to EDI > Common > EDI Transportation tender journal.
In the list, find and select the desired record.
On the Action pane, in the Actions group, click Approve.
Close the page.
