In the Application field, type a value. 5. In the Adapter field, select 'Url'. 6. Close the page. In the list, find and select an application which adapter is URL. 4. In the list, click the link in the selected row. 5. Click the Forms tab. 6. Click Add Form. 7. In the Name field, type a value. 8. In the list, mark the selected row. 9. In the Url field, enter the URL. For example: https://www.staedean.com/. 10. Click Save. 11. Click Run. 12. Close the page.
