For a web application, you can define a form to open a URL.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Business process modeling.
2.	Click Applications.
3.	In the list, find and select an application which adapter is URL.
4.	In the list, click the link in the selected row.
5.	Click the Forms tab.
6.	Click Add Form.
7.	In the Name field, type a value.
8.	In the list, mark the selected row.
9.	In the Url field, enter the URL. For example: https://www.staedean.com/.
10.	Click Save.
11.	You can test the URL form.
	Click Run.
12.	Close the page.

Notes

You can also define Windows application references as Report or Command.
