Assign training
Activity Flow

Once a training is developed, you can start training people.

To do so, you:
  • Set up the trainees.
  • Assign the relevant modules to each of the trainees.

Procedure 1. Click Training management. 2. Click the Trainees tab. 3. Click Add. 4. Sub-task: Set up a trainee based on a user. 5. On the Users tab, select one or more users. 6. Click OK. Assign module to trainee Assign module to trainee If a trainee must be trained on a module, assign the module to the trainee.As a result:On the My training workspace, the assigned modules are shown to the trainee.On the Training management workspace, the:Trainee modules tab shows which modules are assigned to which trainees.Trainee exercises tab shows which exercises are assigned (through the assigned modules) to which trainees. Procedure 1. Click Training management. 2. On the Modules tab, in the list, find and select the desired module. 3. Click Assign to trainee. 4. In the list, find and select the desired trainees. 5. Click OK. Notes If an assigned training element has a translation in the language of the trainee, it is assigned in this language.The trainee language is defined by the D365 FO user to which the trainee is linked.You can translate these training elements:Module hierarchyExerciseExercise activityIf no translation exists in the trainee language, the training element is assigned in the base language in which it is designed.
