Set up trainees

Set up the trainees who will do a training.

You can set up a trainee in these ways:

Based on a user in D365 FO.
Based on a person in one of the RapidValue solutions in the current environment.
Create a trainee.

A trainee can only do a training if a D365 FO user is linked.

The steps explain how to set up a trainee based on a user.

1.	Click Training management.
2.	Click the Trainees tab.
3.	Click Add.
4.	Sub-task: Set up a trainee based on a user.
4.1	On the Users tab, select one or more users.
4.2	Click OK.
