All EDI transactions are logged in EDI history management (BisEdiHistory table).
For each customer with whom you exchange EDI messages, you can monitor the related EDI history.


Standard procedure

1. Go to Accounts receivable > Customers > All customers.
2. In the list, find and select the desired record.
3. On the Action pane, on the Customer tab, in the EDI group, click EDI history management.
4. Sub-task: Filter EDI history.
  4.1 In the Action Pane, on the EDI history management tab, in the Filter group, select an option. For example, click Last 30 days.
 

Note: You can also use the standard filtering options.

5. Sub-task: View details.
  5.1 In the list, find and select the desired record.
  5.2 In the list, click the link in the selected row.
  5.3 You can view several sales-related references.
  Expand the Sales reference section.
6. Sub-task: View Connectivity studio message run history.
  6.1 For each EDI history record, you can view the related Connectivity studio message run history.
  On the Action pane, on the EDI history management tab, in the History group, click History.
  6.2 Close the page.
7. Close the page.
8. Close the page.
