Use a field security policy to define for which forms, tables, or fields editing is locked or allowed.
You can lock or allow editing for specific company groups.
For each field security policy, set up the form mapping. Use the form mapping to define which tables, forms, and fields you want to include in the field security policy.
Use conditions to define when exactly editing is locked or allowed. You can, for example, lock editing for specific users, or allow editing only for specific record statuses.
