Use a field security policy to define for which forms, tables, or fields editing is locked or allowed.
This topic explains how to create a field security policy.
1. | Go to Dynamic field security management > Policies > All field security policies. |
2. | Click New. |
3. | In the Policy field, type a value. |
4. | In the Description field, type a value. |
5. | In the Policy version description field, type a value. |

Note: On creation of the field security policy, automatically, version number '1' is assigned to the policy. |
6. | Click OK. |
