Check in data quality policy
Application task

If change management is active and a data quality policy is checked out to make changes, check in the data quality policy to make the changes generally available for other environments.

As a result, the changes to the data quality policy and related components are stored as a new data quality policy change set. The data quality policy change set is stored as a file in the file storage folder as defined in the Data quality studio parameters.


Standard procedure

1. Click Data quality management.
2. On the Data quality policies tab, in the list, click the link of the desired data quality policy.
3. On the Action Pane, click Version.
4. Click Check in.
5. Always enter a description of the new data quality policy change set. For example, you can list the changes made.
6. Press Tab and click OK.
7. Close the page.
