Monitor workflow template changes

You can monitor workflow template change sets in several ways:

  • On the Data entry workflow templates page, you can show the project version status and the project version history log.
  • You can open the Workflow template change management page that shows all workflow templates, change sets, and the current status.

Go to Data entry workflow > Design > Data entry workflow templates. 2. In the list, find and select the desired workflow template. 3. On the Action Pane, click General. 4. Sub-task: View workflow template change set status. 5. Click Show status. 6. Sub-task: View workflow template change set history log. 7. Click Show log. 8. Click Close. 9. Close the page.
