If several data entry workflow tasks are based on the same data entry workflow template and are assigned to you, you can complete them at the same time.

You can use mass processing only in the following cases:

• The tasks are of type Data entry or Approval.
• Mass processing is enabled for the step fields.

Standard procedure

1.	Click Data entry workflow management.
2.	Click the Mass processing tab.
3.	Sub-task: Do a mass data entry.
3.1	You can only do mass processing for workflow tasks that are based on the same data entry workflow template and step. Select the data entry workflow template for which you want to process data entry tasks.
	In the Template field, enter or select a value.
3.2	Select the data entry step for which you want to process related tasks.
	In the Step name field, enter or select a value.
3.3	In the list, find and select the desired workflow tasks.
3.4	Click Bulk amend.
3.5	Enter or review the data for all selected workflow tasks.
3.6	Click Complete.
3.7	On the message, click Yes.
4.	Sub-task: Do a mass approval.
4.1	You can only do mass processing for workflow tasks that are based on the same data entry workflow template and step. Select the data entry workflow template for which you want to process approval tasks.
	In the Template field, enter or select a value.
4.2	Select the approval step for which you want to process related tasks.
	In the Step name field, enter or select a value.
4.3	In the list, find and select the desired workflow tasks.
4.4	Click Bulk approve.
4.5	Review the data of the selected workflow tasks.
	Note: If updating fields on approval is allowed for the approval step, you can also change field values.
4.6	You can approve, reject, or delegate approval tasks. You can perform each action for one or several selected approval tasks shown on the page.
	Select the desired workflow tasks.
4.7	Click the desired approval option: Approve, Reject, or Delegate.
4.8	On the message, click Yes.
