This functionality provides a set of settings specific to Item Lifecycle Management.
Steps
In the search box, enter Lifecycles, and then select the related link.
Choose Edit to open the lifecycle page.
Choose States on the Process tab to open the lifecycle states page.
Choose Settings on the Process tab to open the lifecycle settings page for the selected lifecycle state.
Fill in the following fields:
Field | Description |

Code | Identifies the workflow state code. |
Editable | Determines whether the item is editable when in this status. |
Available for Sales | Determines availability for sales processing when the item is in this status. |
Available for Purchase | Determines availability for purchase processing when the item is in this status. |
Available for Production | Determines availability for production processing when the item is in this status. |
Available for Job | Determines availability for job processing when the item is in this status. |
Available for Service | Determines availability for service processing when the item is in this status. |
Available for Planning | Determines availability for item planning when the item is in this status. |
Create SKU | Determines whether a SKU can be created when the document is in this status. |
Pending Approval-Allergens | Moves the state of an item lifecycle to pending approval if an allergen is added to or removed from an item. |
Manual Change Disabled-Allergens | Disables the Change State button on the item page if an allergen approval record is present for this item. |
