You can set up codes with an associated proper shipping name and other informational settings, then assign these codes to items. You can customise shipping reports to display an item's proper shipping name instead of its standard description.
Steps
In the search box, enter Proper Shipping Names, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
On the new line, fill in the fields.
