Set up pickup/delivery instructions

Specify instructions for pickup and delivery of transport orders. Link these instructions to a customer, vendor, or location, or to combinations of customer and ship-to address, or vendor and order address. For each line, specify a separate pickup text and delivery text (100 characters).

Steps

  1. Choose the  Lightbulb that opens the Tell Me feature icon (Alt+Q), enter Pick-up/Delivery Instructions, and click the relevant link.

  2. Click New to create an instruction.
