You can create a lot aging profile and then assign a series of lot aging categories to that profile, along with a specified duration. These durations are applied to an item lot's production date to determine the appropriate lot aging category for that lot. Set up the relevant lot aging categories before performing this activity.
Steps
In the search box, enter Lot Aging Profiles, and then choose the related link.
On the Home tab, in the New group, choose New.
Fill in a line with a code and a description for the lot aging profile.
On the Navigate tab, in the Profile group, choose Categories.
On the Lot Aging Profile Categories page, fill in the fields.
